Bar Tako is intentionally temporary — a short-run restaurant by design. It’s a preview of what’s possible as plans take shape for a future permanent concept opening in late 2026.

At the heart of the dining room is a traditional robata grill, where skewers of meat, seafood, and vegetables are cooked slowly over glowing embers. The result is smoky, caramelized, layered flavor — bright citrus, deep umami, and heat that lingers. Our beverage program mirrors the kitchen — tequila, mezcal, and Japanese whisky layered with herbs and citrus, alongside spirit-free drinks crafted with the same intention.
